It's been an amazing first six months for Hot Tap in New Cross. Through valiant voluntary efforts and a lot of love it opened in June and has been operating as Art Saves Lives' gallery space and theatre since.
To celebrate this remarkable achievement and to help raise awareness of this fabulous, flexible and community focused space, Art Saves Lives are throwing two festive Fridays with some top notch entertainment lined up.
This Friday, the unpredictable and glorious comedy talent of Tony Law headlines a the New Cross Comedy Bolthole night of mayhem. Paul Sweeney, Jessica Fostekew and the "live low budget" Found Objects Band provide comedy support with MCs Masud Milas & Peter Broughton-Rates. From 7.30pm. Tickets £6... £3 of which goes to Art Saves Lives.
The following Friday, 21st December is a year end finale, free night of poetry, song, dance, theatre, art and comedy from the Art Saves Lives talent pool. Plus, award winning cakes. From 7.30pm.
