All weekend:
- It's the Winter Wanders Weekend from Walk London which means a plethora of free led walks to take advantage of. Like the one pictured, walking the Capital Ring. Which is a good reminder to wrap up warm; it's going to be chilly.
- O2 goes equine with the much tube touted Apassionata.
- The Night Kitchen Cabaret performs at Clerkenwell Theatre, Exmouth Market.
- There's one more week of Mimefest left.
Friday:
- Join the Critical Mass bike ride meeting under Waterloo Bridge at 6pm tonight.
- Don your best Freddy Mercury moustache and hit the Freddy Mercury Warehouse Party in Shoreditch from 10pm-6am. Tickets £6.
Saturday:
- Singalong with Oliver! at the Museum of Childhood. Warm up from 1pm, film from 2pm. Check out the Food Glorious Food exhibition on its first day while you're there. Admission is free. Thanks to Laura Porter for the tip off!
- Prince Charles Cinema starts a new season of Stand Up Movies with Scott Capurro headlining and presenting ET. Because Scott can be naughty, this evening is rated 15. Start 8pm. Tickets £10/6 for members.
- Disruption: A Fashion Performance takes over and transforms Barbican Centre from 6pm in a free late finale to the Future Beauty exhibition which ends on 6th February. Hip hop, dance, music and fashion plus DJ's till 1am.
- The Magic Theatre invites you to the Rivoli Ballroom, Brockley SE4 for a costume ball of happy dancing and very good fun. Dress to astonish and entice. From 8pm-1am. Tickets £14.
Sunday:
- There's a free benefit gig at ArtsDepot in Barnet from 1pm, launching Rock Against the Cuts, preceded by a protest march and rally against council cuts.
- The Frontline Club screens Sunday Bloody Sunday at 4pm, followed by a Q&A with director, Margot Harkin. Tickets £10/£5 members, £20 includes Sunday lunch.
