Hand-Drawn London: Maps Exhibition Opens

Our exhibition of hand-drawn maps opens at the Museum of London in just 3 days. The exhibition brings together eleven of the best maps from our ongoing series.

We asked readers to draw their local neighbourhoods, or sketch out the whole of London in an unusual way. The results didn't disappoint. The eleven shown below were difficult to choose from an excellent set of entries.

You can see the exhibition for free in the entrance atrium of the Museum of London from 21 April till 11 September.

Meanwhile, we're always looking for further hand-drawn maps of London. Check out our archive (where you can find the gallery images at higher resolution), and send new entries to hello - at - londonist.com. Who knows, maybe we'll get a second exhibition.
