Visit Collect 2011 - the International Art Fair for Contemporary Objects - (that's crafty/designy things) at Saatchi Gallery, Kings Road SW3. Tickets are £15 on the door. Open Friday - Monday from 11am.
The London Pet Show is at Olympia on Saturday and Sunday for hundreds of animals from lolcats to lizards and rabbit show jumping (sponsored - bafflingly? Amusingly? - by Vanish). Open 9.30am-5pm, advance tickets £13 adult, £9 child, family ticket available.
Dulwich Festival offers springy things like bat walks, choirs, artists open studios, balls and a fair on Goose Green all weekend.
The Real Food Festival is at Earls Court. Tickets £13.50.
Wandsworth Arts Festival has begun - download the brochure. This first weekend, there's a performance parking workshop, an installation in the Wandle, a trail of geo-tagged poems, batik and butterfly making and more.
The Tea and Coffee Festival is at the Southbank with tutored tastings, talks, demos, masterclasses and many varieties of caffeinated drinks. Friday-Sunday, 11am-8pm (6pm Sunday). Free admission.

Friday:

Run Riot suggest you party prison style with OMGIMYS Jailhouse Jam at Bethnal Green Working Men's Club from 9pm, bail £5
Spoonfed say discover 'shedonism' at the Bloomsbury Bowling Lanes with Disco Shed. 8pm-3am, £5 in.

Saturday:

Digital Shoreditch Family Day: Experience exceptional digital interactive exhibitions, installations and artworks. The good people at Unruly Media will be there, teaching your offpsring to be Darth Vader's apprentice. From 11am-4pm, at Shoreditch Studios, 37 Batemans Row, London, EC2A 3HH. Adults £5, free for kids.
Free Comic Book Day is celebrated at Orbital Comics with 30 different titles to give away plus a book signing and film screening from 5pm.
Vintage Classics Day at Foyles presents Sebastian Faulks, Jake Arnott, Sadie Jones and Rose Tremain, plus Mark Haddon, Lionel Shriver and Kate Mosse.
Like reggae? Spoonfed recommend you get down the Albany for the Deptford Dub Club 8-11pm, £12.

Sunday:

The Spring Plant and Gardens Fair at the Garden Museum, Lambeth is a great opportunity to pick up unusual plants for your backyard, windowbox or rooftop. Museum is open 10.30am-5pm. Fair entry included in museum admission £6. Read more about the Garden Museum.
Old fashioned fun for the family in Covent Garden with the 36th Annual Covent Garden May Fayre and Puppet Festival in the garden of St Paul's Church. It's Mr Punch's 349th birthday. Procession from 10.30am, activities and shows from 11.30am-5.30pm and it's all free.
Take the Grand Tram Tour round Croydon Tramlink in aid of Lifeboats
Celebrate the Bangladeshi new year around Brick Lane with the Baishaki Mela. Procession starts 11.30am from Buxton Street, down Brick Lane to Weavers Fields. Till 7pm.
Suport Showtime Challenge: Get a ticket for a very special one off production of The Boyfriend at Her Majesty's Theatre.
