London Stand Up And Sketch Comedy: 20-26 November

Where to find funny next week

Sunday: The Wilmington Players do long-form improv (not just sketches), creating whole stories from audience suggestions. So take some suggestions to the Wilmington Arms (7pm, £4).

Monday: Lolitics, at Camden's Black Heart, is collecting money for the Fortnum and Mason defendants' fines and legal costs - comedy from Josie Long, Tom Craine, Tiernan Douieb, Jessica Fostekew, Stuart Black and your host Chris Coltrane (8.30pm, £3).

Tuesday: Alternative Comedy Memorial Society continues at the New Red Lion Theatre (8pm, £8). A night of leftfield comedy from some or all of Nadia Kamil, Bridget Christie, John-Luke Roberts, Tom Bell, Josie Long, Thom Tuck, Will Andrews and Alexis Dubus.

Wednesday: Talented musically and comedically, and not afraid to put a pair of pants on his head to sing about Silvio Berlusconi, James Sherwood is at Leicester Square Theatre tonight and tomorrow (7pm, £10).

Thursday: Tim Key, Nick Mohammed, Ed Gamble, Sheeps, Jonny Sweet and a couple of special guests are all standing up for depression at the Union Chapel, raising funds for the Charlie Waller Memorial Trust (7.15pm, £18.50).

Friday: Doc Brown, Angelos Epithemiou and Pat Cahill join the hip hop comedy show Dong at Rich Mix, with music from DJ Big Ted and a hip hop karaoke to round off the night (7.30pm, £10 / £15).

Saturday: We think Mike Wozniak is fantastic and you should definitely make a trip to EDComedy at the Hob in Forest Hill to see him alongside Steve Nallon, Quincy and MC Maureen Younger (9pm, £9 / £6).
