  • Enjoy a lunchtime gig at Daylight Music in the Union Chapel, Highbury between 12-2pm (free).
  • Join the party after 'The Haircut Before the Party' on Toynbee Street from 6 till late.
  • Four live lit works-in-progress created in response to the London riots get an airing at Rich Mix at Riot Acts, thanks to Penned in the Margins from 7.30pm (£5).
  • Support New Cross People's Library by going to their fundraising auction - free glass of wine with your first raffle ticket purchase and ace things to bid for! 7 for 7.30pm (free entry).
  • Witness break dancing to a live brass band with Brassroots and Breakin' Brass at Rich Mix from midday till late (£12 all day, £5 after 10pm).
  • Tooting Market is the unusual location for Public Service Broadcasting's first night, featuring live music and DJs, free first drink if you're wearing an item of corduroy clothing, 8pm-1am (free entry).
