London Stand Up And Sketch Comedy: 25-31 March

Where to find funny this week.

Sunday: Grouchy, surreal and all the way from Montana, Rich Hall does his stand up thing at the Rose Theatre, Kingston at 7.30pm (£8-15).

Monday: Last week the coalition got their health bill passed and done a budget. We're also officially into the mayoral election period. If you care about any of this you should to go to Lolitics at the Black Heart, Camden with Bridget Christie, Nick Revell and other great Jeffs from 8pm (£3).

Tuesday: Wildcard of the week: try Funny Flamingo at the Canal Cafe Theatre, W2 from 9.30pm (£7).

Wednesday: Comedy, spoken word, bingo and beer - how can it fail? Frog Morris and Utter team up at the Amersham Arms, New Cross SE14 from 8.30pm (£5 including bingo tickets).

Thursday: Laughing Boy comedy club presents Paul Chowdhry, Suzi Ruffell (see video), Dave Fulton and guests at Cable, London Bridge from (£10).

Friday: Metro columnist and groom-to-be, Richard Herring brings What Is Love Anyway back to London with two nights at the Bloomsbury Theatre to get his DVD filmed and give anyone who missed him at Soho Theatre (fools!) a chance to catch up with this funny, moving, absurd and - yes - grown up material from 8pm (£15).

Saturday: Benet Brandreth (yes, progeny of Giles) rounds off a three night run at Soho Theatre (upstairs) laying bare The Brandreth Papers. Check out our review from 2010. At 9.30pm (£12.50).

Suzi Ruffell can belt out a tune as well as make you laugh:
