Saturday:
- The E17 Art Trail launches.
- See how ice cream is made, milk cows and taste stuff at the Ice Cream Festival in Granary Square, Kings Cross (free).
- There's open air Scottish Dancing at the Bandstand in Kensington Gardens between 2-4pm (free).
- See the Designing 007 exhibition at the Barbican, which ends next week.
- There's free family fun at the Elephant and the Nun Festival today and Sunday with music, street performance, sports, food and rapping pensioner Ida Barr.
Sunday:
- Summer Rites festival brings all that's good about gay clubbing to Shoreditch Park with music from artists including Boy George, Adamski, bright Light Bright Light plus Jonny Woo Gay Bingo and Tranny Shack from 12.30-10pm (tickets £25+bkg).
- Help build a green roof on Becket House, Tabard Street SE1 between 10am - 6pm and learn about Edible Bankside (volunteers wanted).
- Get a complimentary shave at the pop-up Murdock barbershop at the Zetter Townhouse from 6pm (rsvp [email protected]).
- Today's your last chance to see Scott's Last Expedition at the Natural History Museum.
