Preview: New Art Club @ Soho Theatre

This is a sponsored post on behalf of Soho Theatre.

New Art Club's new show, A Quiet Act of Destruction is billed as a comedy experience pitched somewhere between a game show, a stand up show and a church garden party.

Rival villages go into battle over the renaming of a train station during this interactive hour of wild games, exhilarating music, physical theatre and experimental beat-boxing.

Roden and Shenton have their roots in both dance and comedy and this unusual combination has lead to them being variously described as ‘the Margot Fonteyn(s) of comedy’, ‘the Reeves and Mortimer of contemporary choreography' and ‘the Gilbert & George of dance' — comparisons that suggest this will be a uniquely comic, theatrical adventure.

New Art Club: Quiet Act of Destruction is at Soho Theatre until Saturday 13 October (no shows Sunday/Monday) at 9.15pm. Tickets for tonight are £10, from tomorrow £15.

Ticket offer: quote 'destruction' when booking to bag £10 tickets for this Thursday, Friday and Saturday night's shows.
