BOAT SHOW: The London Boat Show takes place at ExCel Centre, with big names in the boating world including Sunseeker International and Fairline Boats exhibiting. Listen to nautical talks, see the latest cutting-edge products, explore world debut boats and meet famous faces from the sailing world. EXHIBITION: Bruce Castel Museum in Haringey hosts an exhibition about the Chinese workforce present in the borough. The exhibition is connected to the Chinese Workforce Heritage Project. Free, until 5 July

BOROUGH FILM LOCATIONS: CoolWalks lead a free walk around Borough, following the footsteps of Dickens, Bridget Jones and Harry Potter to get up close and personal with the streets and buildings of Borough and Bankside that many familiar films have used as their backdrop. NATIONAL GALLERY: See a screening of Frederick Wiseman's latest documentary, National Gallery, at Barbican — confusingly. ORPHEUS AND EURYDICE: 47/49 Tanner Street in Bermondsey hosts an evening of poetry, music and art, leading the audience into an immersive Underworld to explore the story of Eurydice and Orpheus. The event offers a first insight into the Œ (orpheus & eurydice) project, which will culminate in a publication and a full scale theatrical production later this year. £11, prebook, 6.30pm

COMEDY: Al Murray hosts a fantastic line-up, including David Baddiel, Ava Vidal, Andrew O'Neill and Bec Hill, at Bloomsbury Theatre to raise money for young people’s sexual health charity Brook. £20+fee, prebook, 7pm

WITCHCRAFT FILM: As part of London Short Film Festival, Hackney Picturehouse screens Haxan: Witchcraft Through The Ages.
