Hundreds of London's top gardens open to the public next week for Open Garden Squares Weekend. To celebrate London's gorgeous horticulture, here are some top Open Garden Squares participants looking particularly pretty on Instagram.
Barbican Centre
Visit the newly reinstated Beech Gardens at the Barbican, developed by Professor Nigel Dunnett, the chap behind the beautiful planting at the Olympic Park.
Eastbury Manor
Bee boles, herb gardens and Tudor brickwork all feature in the amazing Eastbury Manor House Walled Garden. Take your wallet — there's plants on sale too.
Freightliners Farm
One of several farms taking part in Open Garden Squares Weekend, Freightliners in north London has children's activities on the Saturday morning.
Fulham Palace
You can visit both the garden at Fulham Palace, and the Meadows Allotments in a double whammy of south west London beauty.
Garden Museum
Visit the 17th century style knot garden in the grounds of the Garden Museum and pay homage to the famous 17th century gardeners and plant hunters, the John Tradescants, father and son who are buried there.
Ham House
More 17th century loveliness here, including a beautiful walled kitchen garden. And a cafe with a menu featuring their produce.
Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park
You'll need to prebook if you want to take a volunteer-led tour of the Olympic Park this weekend.
Spitalfields City Farm
Look out for the famous Coriander Club gardens at Spitalfields City Farm, full of Bangladeshi vegetables.
