DARTS: It's the final weekend of the World Darts Championship at Alexandra Palace. Tickets are sold out through normal channels but you might get lucky, Saturday from 8pm, Sunday from 7pm.

WINTER WONDERLAND: The colossal Hyde Park winter festival closes its gates on Sunday at 10pm. Last chance to see the Ice Kingdom, Zippos Circus and take a ride on the Giant Observation Wheel — see photo above for an idea of the view! Free entry to site, pay for attractions as you go, 10am-10pm
BIRD FEEDING: London Wetland Centre in Barnes launches a winter feeding frenzy trail. Use the clues to find six special bird feeders and learn how you can help birds in the winter. Free with admission, just turn up, until 3 January
