See Sadiq Speak

There's a chance to see Labour's London mayoral candidate Sadiq Khan discuss his vision for London, as he joins New Statesman editor Jason Cowley for a chinwag.

The two will be in conversation on 20 April at the Assembly Hall, Westminster — with Khan putting forward his views that although London is the greatest city in the world, it no longer offers the opportunities it once gave him.

We predict a fair bit of Boris-bashing and a good deal of discussion on THAT London crisis. How hard a grilling he gets from the left-wing magazine will have to be seen...

Sadiq Khan is in conversation with Jason Cowley at Assembly Hall, Church House, Westminster, on 20 April, 6pm (doors 5.30pm). Tickets £12 adults (£9 early bird), £8 concessions (£5 early bird).
