Tree climbing is often thought of as the reserve of children, but Jack Cooke's recent book The Tree Climber's Guide convinced us to give it a go in the throes of adulthood.
We met Jack in Clissold Park where he gave us a whirlwind masterclass in scaling the barky heights of Stoke Newington. Our lacklustre attempt was no match for his lightning quick climbing skills, but we had a jolly good time reliving our childhood anyway.
