Staging a fake human sacrifice, sabotaging an estate agent's company car, or simply micturating on him from a great height — these are all ways used to stave off the beast that is property redevelopment, in anarchic new film Hot Property.
Premiering as part of Loco London Comedy Film Festival on 1 May, Hot Property stars MyAnna Buring as the minxy Melody Munroe, a corporate spy who'll stop at nothing to save her beloved pad.
Makes you wish more Londoners were as ruthless when it came to stemming the tide of gentrification*.
Hot Property screens at Picturehouse Central, on the corner of Shaftesbury Avenue and Great Windmill Street, Piccadilly, W1D 7DH, on 1 May at 6.30pm. Tickets £15-£18
*We do not in any way condone doing bad things to estate agents
