To celebrate the opening of the new London Designer Outlet in Wembley, which has 20 restaurants and coffee shops for weary shoppers to refuel at, the shopping centre is on the hunt for London's Signature Dish. This is a search for a dish which truly represents London's mixing pot of international cuisines, and the winning recipes will be featured in the London Designer Outlet recipe collection.
Whether your simple twist on a classic shepherd’s pie make it an all-time favourite, or you are a dab-hand at making Asian-fusion-style food, London Designer Outlet wants to hear it. The winning recipe will win a £500 restaurant voucher to spend at Cabana, the Brasilian barbecue restaurant, plus three runners-up each will win £100 in restaurant vouchers.

Terms and conditions: The competition closing date is 28 March 2014 and London Designer Outlet will pick and notify the winners on Saturday 5 April. The recipe must be an original creation, and your entry must include a high resolution photo of your masterpiece, copy to summarise your unique recipe, and your contact details.
