Some weeks ago we got very excited about the return of Underground Film Club — a three-week-long cinema bonanza organised by the people behind Rooftop Film Club.
Kicking off on 11 November, the cool cinema club takes up residence in the The Vaults at Waterloo: expect an eclectic mix of classic, cult and recent releases in a unique subterranean atmosphere. The programme includes the likes of The Big Lebowski, Breakfast at Tiffany's and Casablanca as well as modern masterpieces like The Grand Budapest Hotel, Selma and the NT live screening of Hamlet — yes, the one featuring Benedict Cumberbatch.
Alongside the flicks, Underground Film Club has got your eating and drinking needs sorted; they're hosting charismatic cocktail connoisseurs Spirited Mixers, paired with a selection of London’s best street food curated by Hawksmoor head chef, Richard Sandiford.
To celebrate its winter season, Underground Film Club is offering 10 pairs of tickets to lucky Londonist readers, to watch a film of your choice this November.
