If you're after something a bit different and fancy getting down and dirty, Pretty Muddy will challenge you to the messiest race you've seen — taking place on 10 September in Stratford's Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, this is the ultimate obstacle course.
Slip down the mud slide, crawl under the nets, climb over the tricky A frame, and wallow in the mud pit. This is all about having a bit of fun — you may need several showers after this charity fundraiser though.
