Ayyy! Henry Winkler — aka the Fonz from Happy Days — is coming to London this summer, as part of a UK tour.

The beloved actor/author/producer/director has already taken his show Winkler: The Fonz and Beyond to sell-out audiences in New Zealand and Australia, and in June 2024 it's coming to the UK and Ireland, including a night at the Barbican on 21 June 2024.

Though best known as leather jacket-wearing jock Arthur "Fonzie" Fonzarelli in 1970s/80s sitcom Happy Days (a show that influenced everything from Weezer videos, to the phrase 'jump the shark'), Winkler has enjoyed a varied and illustrious career — appearing on other comedies likes of Parks and Recreation and Arrested Development, penning the Hank Zipzer series of children's books (and then appearing in the TV adaptation), and winning prestigious awards.

Winkler: The Fonz and Beyond is a tie-in with his 2023 autobiography Being Henry, and sees him recount 50 years in showbiz, from 'achingly vulnerable lows to the stratospheres of global acclaim'. There's also a Q&A. Just don't ask him to go 'ayyy!'.
