Those Thames-Side Igloos Have Had A Mexican-Themed Makeover For Summer

Igloos aren't just for winter any more. Those Thames-side pods which London goes crazy for each winter have melted away, replaced with a Mexican-themed summer equivalent.

Coppa Club at Tower Bridge has filled its outdoor seating area with 'Paradise Pods', emulating the Mexican town of Tulum.

Gone are the cosy blankets and furry cushions, replaced by bold, colourful seats and potted cacti. You might even find a palm tree or two, all with The Shard as a backdrop. Needless to say, you'll probably be seeing a lot of this place on Instagram this summer:

Coppa Club Tower Bridge, 3 Three Quays Walk, Lower Thames Street, London, EC3R 6AH. You'll need to book in advance to be seated in a Paradise Pod, and they're bound to sell out fast.
