It may be 18 months until trains are due to start running on Crossrail, but the tunnels are shaping up nicely.
New photos have been released showing the work going on inside the tunnels, including the installations of the overhead catenary system from which the trains will draw power.
Over 1,500km of cable is being used to supply power, lighting and ventilation systems to the new railway.
The carriages which will be used to form the Crossrail services are being rolled out into public service already, between Liverpool Street and Shenfield.
And yes, we are still calling it Crossrail, not the Elizabeth line. See more photos on the Crossrail website.
