We're positively buzzing about this afternoon tea. Dalloway Terrace in Bloomsbury is home to the Honey Bee Afternoon Tea, a new dining experience set up by pastry chef Chris Dodd to celebrate the humble bee, their ecosystem and the yummy honey they make. It's a pretty sweet experience, but all the more so for knowing that £2 from every afternoon tea in donated to The London Beekeepers' Association to support their conservation projects.
We fluttered over to speak to Chris Dodd, find out why the bees have his support and how they have inspired this new spring-time menu.
Dalloway Terrace is located at 16-22 Great Russell Street, Bloomsbury, WC1B 3NN. Their Honey Bee Afternoon Tea costs £35 per person, and gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian options can be made available upon request.
