We've had the cronut (that's a croissant and a donut), we've had freakshakes (a milkshake and cake/biscuit/chocolate bar mash-up), but the latest kid on the hybrid food scene is the Pragel.

It may look like a burger, but what you're actually eating here is a self-acclaimed half pretzel, half bagel. It is the brainchild of All Star Lanes and they have given it pride of place on their brunch menu, alongside more traditional American favourites like fried chicken and waffles or salt beef hash.
