Beavertown Brewery

Beavertown Brewery

Part of our Best Pubs in London microsite. See if we've included your local.

A warehouse on a Tottenham Hale industrial estate might not sound like the best place to spend a Saturday afternoon, but them's the breaks when you're chasing London's taprooms. This one belongs to Beavertown, creators of some of the capital's tastiest beers. It's a vast space with an equally large yard out front, but it soon fills up (especially if it's cold or starts raining).

there are 10 beers on tap, including brewery staples Gamma Ray, Neck Oil, Bloody ‘Ell and Beavo, as well as regular special, seasonal and collaborative brews. Beer costs between £3.30 and £4.00 for thirds/halves (don’t forget to return your glass to get back your deposit), and there are regular events, including monthly tastings in Beavertown’s barrel-ageing programme, the Tempus Project. They sometimes have other events on too, which adds to the convivial atmosphere.
